The long term goal of any physical exercise program should be rooted in health. The ability to move one’s own body properly, the ability to move other objects efficiently, and the ability to maintain physical work for a given period of time are all integral components of overall physical fitness - mobility, strength, and endurance.

I have worked with personal trainers on and off thru my many years at the gym. About 3-4 years ago we started working with Aaron, mainly for my college daughter-all with the intent to just “lose weight and firm up” My daughter went back to school and I stepped in to take over her sessions—with not too much expectation, I might add.
